A green porta-potty glimmers in the sunshine assuring me that the relief I need has been made available by an abundant and kind Universe. Here I am at a park that I rarely go to. I got here by taking routes I would not normally take. I’m practicing neurographics, a therapeutic drawing method normally done on paper.

As part of my homework this week I was encouraged to bring the concept of the mindful line that I draw to re-route neurological pathways on the page (and connect desired outcomes with resources) into the movements and moments of everyday life. —By stepping outside my comfort zone, challenging my normal routine, and casting wide nets of wonder and awe as I follow my off-the-route adventure to delightful surprises and spaces.
In the Neurographics class I’m taking, we are focusing on money, resources, and the experience of more than enough to go around. I love this! And I’m happy with where the homework practice has brought me today.— Writing in a sunbeam as Odin naps in his cozy car seat.
Windows down.
Spring soundtrack.
The scene is perfect.
Beyond the Sani-can, a wide field waiting to provide visitors with all manners of fun and their desired outcomes. And to the east of the field, there is a majestic pavilion on a hill with huge hearthstones in the center for winter fires. Nature trails and playground equipment fill in the background. Mountains sit like deities in the distance, always there, grounded and reaching.
Everything I need at this moment AND MORE!
With gratitude,
Kenzie
PS. Here is The Mindful line workshop I took a couple of weeks ago that now has me obsessed with drawing neuro-graphics every night.✧
