What participants say:
“Your rebellious gratitude practice is a unique and powerful tool. ” — Roma
“An incredible way to “thank” outside the box, Kenzie.” — Katherine
“I cannot believe how much this has shifted things for me…” —Deloris
This challenge will shift you into a new state of mind.
If you’re craving a quick (5–10 minute) but potent writing practice—one that makes room for struggle, support, and self-authorship—I’d love to introduce you to this simple three-step ritual.
When the ugly truth and open appreciation are allowed to sit at the same table, something phenomenal happens.
WHAT YOU GAIN FROM THIS CHALLENGE:
Cultivate agency
This practice helps you acknowledge the challenges in your life while recognizing the personal power they reveal.
Pivot mindfully
You’ll develop the ability to notice when discomfort is signaling a need to redirect your attention, effort, or expectations.
Rewrite anxiety
Instead of spiraling into stressful thought patterns, this practice gives you a grounded place to return to in the present moment.
Relish abundantly
You’ll learn to comb through the knots of your day and uncover the quiet circumstances that support, nourish, and steady you.
The Goal: Develop a simple daily ritual that helps you face difficulty honestly, recognize support clearly, and participate more consciously in shaping the story of your life.
HOW IT GOES:
+ Spend 7 days exploring the Impartial Gratitude practice with me through a shared email correspondence.
+ Throughout the week, I will send you each step in the three-part writing ritual, along with simple prompts, challenges and guidebook.
+ The daily writing takes about 5–10 minutes.
+ You’re welcome to reply to the emails and share what you’re noticing along the way. I read every response and enjoy witnessing the reflections that come through.
+ By the end of the challenge, you’ll have a simple ritual you can return to anytime—a way to meet your life honestly, notice the support around you, and participate more consciously in shaping what comes next.
What we focus on grows. If we wish to create a life in which we feel immense amounts of gratitude, then cultivating our gratitude muscles is key!
Because today doesn’t have to be “just another day.” Today can be day one of something new and powerful.
